President/Chief Executive Officer

Aberdeen Federal Credit Union, Aberdeen,
SD, is seeking a candidate for President/Chief
Executive Officer, to fill the vacancy created by
upcoming planned retirement.
 

Requirements:

• Successful candidate will be a visionary to lead the $92 million Credit Union.
• Possess a Credit Union based philosophy of excellent service to members and diplomacy.
• Provide solid leadership, strong work ethic, high energy, and possess excellent written and oral communitcation skills.
• Place high priority on strong Community connections.
• Seven years of financial experience with increasing levels of responsibility and proven track record of success.

Duties: Include but not limited to the following:

• Oversee the management team to direct the daily activities needed to sustain the growth and profitability of the organization.
• Be responsible for planning and directing all Credit Union activities in accordance with policies established by the Board of Directors.
• Development of the long term strategic plan in collaboration with the Board of Directors.
